POSITION TITLE: Server

DEPARMENT: Operations

REPORTS TO: Shift Supervisor/Restaurant Managers/Franchisee

OVERVIEW OF POSITION:

Our busy restaurants in Miami is currently seeking a skilled and personable server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, possess excellent communication skills, and have a passion for food and hospitality. Responsibilities:

• Greet guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen and other team members to ensure prompt and accurate service
• Check on guests to ensure satisfaction with their meal and take action to correct any issues
• Handle cash and credit card transactions in a timely and accurate manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server in a high-volume restaurant
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School Diploma (Preferred)

Minimum of 1 year of serving experience.

College degree (Preferred) and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Basic computer skills are required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $27.00 per hour
