Job Summary:
The Server’s main responsibilities is to provide an excellent dining experience and stellar customer service to our members. They greet members, take meal orders, and ensure smooth communication between the dining area and kitchen.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Arrive for scheduled work shifts on time, in a positive state of mind, while meeting dress code and grooming standards for a professional appearance.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and promote a fine dining Food & Beverage atmosphere.
  • Serve residents and guests beverages as requested.
  • Review daily specials and draft beer list with Members.
  • Takes and delivers accurate orders to Members and guests.
  • Adhere to standard food safety practices.
  • Assist with preparation and execution of special events, banquets, and theme meals.
  • When applicable acquaint new Members with menus, seating, and Dining/Pub options and hours.
  • Traditional side work responsibilities.
  • Communicate with the Food and Beverage Director on regular basis to assure member satisfaction.
  • Must be able to positively handle challenges presented by upset or demanding members requests or complaints.
  • Use POS system to enter orders.
  • Delivering Food and Beverages to tables.
  • Maintains restaurant safety and sanitation.
  • Perform dining room/bar set up and running side work.
  • Serve Members according to established procedures.
  • Participate in table and dining room clean up.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Must be able to continuously move about the restaurant or remain in a stationary position for long periods of time.
  • Can grasp and good eye/hand coordination.
  • Occasionally position one’s self to reach items below waist or over shoulders and move items, such as menus and trays weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Must be able to continuously work in a restaurant environment with noise; and occasionally walk on wet, slippery surfaces, and infrequent loud music.
