GENERAL SUMMARY

Join St. Dominic’s Family Services as the Senior Vice President of Children and Family Services. You will report directly to the Chief Program Officer and will provide senior level management to all Children and Family Services Programs (Bronx and Rockland).

Responsibilities include quality assurance/program accountability and fiscal (budget). Under the direction of the Chief Program Officer, the Senior VP is the primary program contact with the NYS Office of Mental Health, Department of Health, NYC Administration for Children’s Services and the NYC Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, contracted Health Homes, and all Community Based Managed Care Initiatives.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

· Administer/Management oversight of all Children and Family Services Programs (Bronx and Rockland)

· Manage all program internal and external audits

· Ensure that all program and agency policies and procedures are current and adhered to

· Responsible for the administration of all facilities related to the department

· Ensure compliance with the regulations of all governing bodies, including but not limited to the New York State Office of Children and Family Services, New York City Administration of Children's Services, the New York State Office of Mental Health and designated Health Homes.

· Meet benchmark standards of Health Homes and MCO’S

· Develop collaborative relationships with other departments within and outside of the agency

· Develop and manage outreach efforts with referral entities

· Responsible for the implementation of all Continuous Quality Improvement practices applicable to the department's programs

· Provide oversight to all Program billing and interface regularly with fiscal department

· Represent the agency as needed

· Participate in the hiring process

· Participate in the Grievance and Incident Review Process

· Produce paperwork and reports as required for city, state, and agency accountability in a timely and specified manner

· Collection of necessary data

· Available 24/7 for program emergencies

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· A NYS LMSW and or LCSW

· A Master’s degree in Social Work

· A minimum of seven (7) years of progressive supervisory and management experience in OMH or related children’s mental health programs.

· Valid Driver’s License

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

The employee is required to stand, use mobility, handle, feel and reach. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel or crouch. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 per year

Schedule:
