Job Summary:

The position is responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting potential new clients and working with our archival team to finding the best solutions for prospects, to closing contracts. This includes actively calling and emailing prospects over the phone, attending networking events, preparing proposals and quotes, and being a part of the entire sales process.

Compensation:

Salary plus commission and additional benefits (Negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:

· Identify and reach key decision makers.

· Actively prospect for new clients to include: utilizing referral partnerships, network through business and organizational relationships and events and utilizing LinkedIn to grow archival project work.

· Generate archival project work and ensure monthly quotas are met.

· Build a referral network and meet with referral partners (strategic relationship meetings) monthly.

· Plan and organize each day to be most productive including prospecting business customers, making presentations and proposal creation.

· Build senior level rapport between prospects and Anderson Archival team and work with subject matter experts to determine and review best solutions with potential customers.

· Ability to handle conflict and objections with a levelheaded approach.

Manditory Requirements:

· Strong ethics and core value alignment.

· Professional with the ability to prospect and convert initial meetings to actual sales with good negotiation skill set.

· Driven with the ability to excel in a competitive sales environment.

· Self-motivated to build a book of business and leverage all methods of generating leads.

· Comfortable in a fast-paced, high growth, entrepreneurial business environment.

· Computer literacy in CRM, proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Internet required.

· Reliable and appropriate transportation and willingness to drive to visit local customers.

Qualifications:

· Education: Minimum associate or bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience).

· 5+ years of successful business to business sales experience

· Proven ability to reach, access and secure meetings with appropriate decision makers

· An existing network with historical organizations a plus
