Sr Partner Operations Analyst

United States

The Sr Partner Operations Analyst will work closely with Channel leadership, geo leads and partner managers to understand Channel growth enablers & challenges while driving both into ARR growth levers. The ARR Growth function plays a crucial role in the Channel organization’s success and is measured directly by it. PTC’s Partner Operations organization is focused on serving the operational needs of PTC’s various partner types, this role is focused on Solution providers (resellers).

Day-To-Day:

Drives ARR growth

• Continuously analyze Channel global data
• Identify core strengths & weaknesses within the Channel
• Drive conversations and create growth opportunities with cross functional teams
• Support the commercial program team and create incentive ideas with enablement/analytics

Global Pipeline Accountability

• Drive conversations regionally on measurements and trends
• Identify sources of strength/weaknesses and how efforts are impacting pipeline

Manages health of the Channel Partner Network

• Manage Tier Program
• Analyze Partner trends and assess success/failures of tier requirements

Drives transformational changes within the Channel

• Help drive SaaS changes through the LRP
• Support goal + quota settings

ARR + NDR reporting roadmap

• Work closely with Finance to ensure SaaS LRP rollout is a success (right metrics, corporate SaaS metrics (NDR) are applicable to Channel)
• Work closely with the Analytics team to drive alignment on corporate ARR/NDR reporting and how we track improvements

Lead cross-functional groups to support new and existing channel programs & process enhancements.

Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests from Channel leadership

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience with Channel Programs preferred.

• Strong analytics background + expertise

• Must be a self-motivated individual who can keep pace in a fast-moving environment.

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office tools (Excel expert) and Salesforce.com.

• Strong communication, organizational and analytical skills.

• Effective prioritization and multi-tasking skills.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s preferred

• 8+ years professional experience
