Job Description:

TRC is expanding our capabilities for provision of system integration services for implementation of SCADA / ADMS systems software provided by major vendors in North America.

TRC is seeking a highly skilled and motivatedSenior OT Application Specialist with SCADA / ADMS deployment experience for its Operational Technology division. Working closely with the end customer, TRC OT delivery directors, vendors, and the implementation team, and additional personnel as needed, theSenior OT Application Specialist is responsible for ensuring the proper implementation and delivery of the system.

Responsibilities:

• The Senior OT Application Specialist will be responsible to deliver this project to completion and owns the scope, cost, schedule, and risks for the project. The Senior OT Application Specialist will manage multiple tracks, business and technical resources, consultants and vendors contracted to deliver solutions
• Managing all aspects of project delivery including budget, schedule, scope, weekly meetings, risks, and issues; providing clear and accurate weekly and monthly project reporting and forecasting; acting as a champion to foster a positive project work environment; and successfully lead the team to accomplish all the project objectives on time and on budget
• Develop detailed project plans and ensure project scopes, team responsibilities, milestone dates, are clearly stated for all assigned projects

Required:

• Previous experience with products from one of the major SCADA providers including GE, OSII, ABB, Siemens, etc...
• Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent organizational, decision making, and communication skills
• Ability to self-direct and work independently as well as in a team environment
• Excellent team building and motivational skills
• Experience with SCADA / ADMS installations, configurations, testing, troubleshooting and deployments
• Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to clearly present information to various audiences in both formal and informal settings
• Remote, but could be up to 25% travel within North America
