Job Description Summary
As part of the global Internal Audit team the Senior Operations Analyst oversees operational activities across product lines and functions to uphold standards for reporting, compliance, and system support.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a comprehensive suite of key performance indicators (KPIs), management information and metrics for review by the Chief Internal Auditor and management team.
  • Create monthly and quarterly reports for Boards and Executive Committees.
  • Respond to ad hoc regulatory requests on behalf of Internal Audit.
  • Document and maintain internal audit procedures to ensure alignment with global methodology and IIA standards.
  • Serve as technical support for primary tooling (e.g., OneSumX, Service Now, Teams, TeamMate+) and liaise with Operational Risk, Legal, Compliance, and external audits.
  • Supervise assigned auditors and interns; identify training and development needs for career progression.
  • Monitor compliance with record retention guidelines for department documentation and software.
  • Assist with annual audit plan and materials.
  • Assist with monthly budget reporting.
  • Manage access to department software; initiate entitlement reviews to ensure appropriate access is maintained.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, finance, accounting, business analytics, or equivalent experience
  • Five years of operations, analytics, audit or relevant business experience
  • Strong attention - to detail, written and oral communication skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Ability to effectively manage and coach staff
  • Effective time management and work prioritization to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and able to adapt to a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Able to work independently
  • Advanced MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Audit or audit operations experience
  • Financial services experience
  • Committee reporting experience
