Job description
CPA firm is looking for a part-time remote preparer/bookkeeper/supervisor with the ability to handle bookkeeping & tax return work along with the review of work prepared by others. This position can lead to a full time position.
The candidate must be experienced with QuickBooks Online and a have minimum of ten years bookkeeping and tax preparation experience at a public accounting firm. Previous experience reviewing financial statements and tax returns prepared by others is a requirement.

Job Title/Requirements:
- Know how to prepare/review tax basis financial statements from start to finish, payroll processing & reporting.
- Bank reconciliation and P&L/Balance Sheet cleanup.
- Ability to schedule work for self and others to hit deadlines in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to identify process improvements and communicate those.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience preparing 1040, 1065 & 1120s and 1120 tax forms.
- Previous experience working remotely is a must.
