GVI, Inc., a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an experienced Senior Force Structure Analyst in Arlington, VA!

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide full time analytical support to the HQDA G-3 Force Management Air and Missile Defense (AMD) and Field Artillery (FA) Organizational Integrators (OIs) (1 x AMD LTC/1x FA LTC) in order to analyze required capabilities, develop and investigate various techniques and course of action to define and formulate Fires force structure requirements.
  • AMD and FA Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports the DAMO-FM OIs by proactively addressing force design initiatives to improve ADA and FA organizational effectiveness.
  • Participate and contribute to Force Design Update analysis and ensure that necessary support briefings were prepared and complete; coordinated and resolved issues with ARSTAF and USAFMSA.
  • Provide recommendations for Total Army Analysis (TAA), Force Management Review, and ADA and FA rules of allocation based on analysis of force structure guidance and changes.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • US Citizen.
  • Active Secret Security Clearance or higher.
  • Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree preferred.
  • Expert in Army Force Management processes.
  • Experience as an Organizational Integrator or Force Management Analyst.
  • Seven to ten years of experience at the Army Staff/Joint Staff level.
  • Working knowledge of the acquisition process and the databases used to produce Automated Unit Reference Sheets, draft Tables of Organization and Equipment (TOE) and Basis of Issue Plans (BOIP) and Structure and Manpower Allocation System (SAMAS).
