TULK seeks experts with Research and Development (R&D), Transition and Evaluation (T&E), and leadership experience to support basic and applied research efforts for new geospatial capabilities. Our efforts provide strategic, programmatic, and administrative support to scientists and senior government administration officials for existing and planned R&D programs, market research of existing state of the art technologies, acquisition of new capabilities, and organizational management.

Senior Contract Program Manager for Research
Successful applicants will demonstrate:
Technical and programmatic leadership and to possess the required qualifications needed to perform their tasks. Contract Program Manager will oversee the daily operations, staffing, and product delivery in accordance with the SOW. PM should have 10 years of contract management experience for Federal Contracting.

- BA/BS, MA/MS, or PhD in business or management.
- 15 years of experience
- US Government Issued Top Secret Security Clearance (TS/SCI)
- US Citizenship
