Job Summary and Opportunity:
The role of the Senior Client Service Advocate (Sr. CSA) is a critical customer-facing position and is the primary contact for selected clients. The Sr. CSA answers client inquiries, processes account transactions and serves as a subject matter expert on the products being serviced by the team. The Sr. CSA is responsible for training clients and internal team members on operational policies and procedures, as well as assisting with trading problems. The Sr. CSA also helps leadership to monitor workflow and ensures that all tasks are completed within established service level agreements. The Sr. CSA demonstrates mastery of proprietary features including trading and new platform releases. The Sr. CSA also demonstrates effective leadership and collaboration with team members and other departments, assisting colleagues with complex problem resolution including compliance issues. The Sr. CSA coordinates response to trading system failures from a client perspective ensuring that trades are facilitated to the market within training hours.
Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with selected clients
  • Resolves client problems
  • Performs follow-up on outstanding client issues
  • Anticipates and responds to client’s needs
  • Provides client training and orientation on processes and systems
  • Serves as the department subject matter expert
  • Prepares client communications/reports
  • Processes client requests received in daily mail delivery
  • Participates in special projects
  • Support other clients within segment and team as backup
Requirements:
  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years' of client service experience in financial services
  • Series 7 and 63 licenses

A targeted annual base salary of USD $60,000/Yr. - USD $ 75,000/Yr., based on the experience, skills, and education/certification required for this position. Eligibility for a discretionary semi-annual incentive compensation plan, based upon performance, payable in cash and/or share grants (RSU’s) that may vest over time. The annual discretionary target bonus percentage is up to 10%.
