Requirements:
- One (1) year previous security or public service experience or equivalent preferred
- Current American Red Cross certification of CPR/AED and First Aide (a higher certification may be accepted in lieu of first aide)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Responsibilities:
- Performs a perimeter circuit and observation on an irregular schedule consisting of 2 interior and 2 exterior patrols per shift; more often if circumstances warrant.
- Monitors building entrances.
- Checks security of exterior & interior doors; corrects & logs deficiencies.
- Remains awake and alert at all times.
- Prepare work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to Maintenance Department.
- Escort Police when on campus.
