he principal responsibility is to ensure the effective delivery and support of the state of Delaware’s security controls across its network, systems, applications and data. The security engineering manager will lead a team that is responsible for the effective configuring of security technologies like; Web application Firewall, Unified Threat Management (UTM) Firewalls, Network Admission Controls and Platform Security related tools like privileged access management (PAM) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) solutions. The manager will ensure these technologies used to protect the state's information systems and critical systems are optimally configured and tuned to achieve the best possible results from the investments. Selective Requirement: Technical experience in one or more of the core technical requirements and related product support in a 24x7 operational environment.
