Bearon is looking for a Screw Machine Operator to join our team in Landisville, PA in our brand new 80,000 sq/ft air-conditioned facility! Must be able to perform the following functions: operate screw machines as required; maintain a clean and safe work area; must be open to perform any other duties as required; must be able to follow all processes and procedures related to machine operations and inspections.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Recognize machine issues
- Work safely around equipment and co-workers
- Daily maintenance activities
- Flexibility with rotating assignments
- Work as part of a team
Essential Functions of the Job:
- Mechanical aptitude
- Great attitude and attendance
- Ability to use hand tools and read blue prints
- Ability to use measuring tools and shop mathematics
- Ability to stand for 8 hours
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds over the course of a shift
- Self-motivated
