Join Catapult Learning in partnership with St. Augustine of Canterbury School in Kendall Park, NJ to teach in our Summer program! You will ensure high level of student engagement and success using our Math and Reading programs.
Catapult provides all resources and instructional materials as well as paid training. The program is expected to start on July 5th. Teachers will work part time, 3 days/week and about 12 hours/week. Compensation is $35r/hr. Teachers must obtain an active NJ CE or CEAS teaching certification.
Responsibilities:
- Attend all training sessions and deliver programs in math, reading, and/or writing skills to eligible students through utilization of Company materials and educational strategies.
- Deliver engaging and exciting lessons as outlined in supplied curriculum.
- Establish and maintain student forms and files as required by the Company, local, state, and/or federal agencies.
- Ensure a safe, enthusiastic, and positive environment for all students.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- NJ Teaching Certificate as required by contract - CE or CEAS cert at minimum
- Updated NJ clearances (ex: Fingerprinting)
- Access to computer or laptop with video conference capabilities (webcam/microphone) and a strong WiFi connection for training
