The Allergy, Asthma & Sinus Center is seeking full-time personnel for Scheduling Coordinator to work from 8:30am - 5:30 pm or 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: (List does not include all duties assigned)

· Work from a centralized office to schedule patient appointments for 60+ providers at 40+ office locations in accordance with office guidelines.

· schedules appointments requested via fax, website or order facilitators

· schedules interpreters for patients with language or hearing barriers

· Manage providers schedules, e.g. daily bookings, availability, appointment rescheduling, etc.

· Engage patients through miscellaneous outreach methods including text, call, email, and patient portal

· Answer and screen telephone calls, take messages, and provide appropriate information to phone callers as well as handling outgoing phone calls as appropriate and assigned

· other duties as requested

· demonstrates an understanding of patient confidentiality to protect the patient and clinic/corporation

· follows policies and procedures to contribute to the efficiency of the office

Requirements:

· preferred experience on eClinicalWorks or other electronic medical record systems

· preferred 2+ years of experience working in a high volume, fast-paced physician office, or other fast-paced customer service environment

· bilingual a plus

· Phone experience in an incoming and outgoing call center

· Data entry skills

· High school diploma or GED

· Positive Customer Service oriented individual

· Exceptional interpersonal skills

· Conflict resolution skills

· Self-motivated and task oriented

· Detailed and accurate work

· Multitasking skills
