SoCalGas actively recruits for our Management Associate Rotation Program where we provide challenging opportunities to learn and grow while working in multiple areas of the company. The program will allow you to apply what you have learned in school and further enhance your knowledge and expertise through hands-on work assignments. The program consists of three one-year rotations, where participants have the opportunity to work in a variety of departments throughout the company including operations, accounting, finance and others before pursuing permanent positions outside of the program.

The Management Associate Rotation Program prepares participants to be future leaders within the organization through organizational exposure, technical training and mentoring. Many different departments throughout the company participate in the rotation program including:

  • Accounts Payable/Disbursement Compliance
  • Audit Services
  • Digital Engagement
  • Continuous Improvement & Analysis
  • Financial Performance
  • Customer Operations Technology
  • Gas Acquisition/Physical Gas Trading Group
  • Gas Rate Design
  • Mass Markets Credit & Collection
  • Operational Planning
  • Performance Management & Organizational Strategy
  • Plant Accounting
  • Technology Integration Policy Solutions
  • Treasury
  • Utility Accounting
  • Vista CIS Program

Requirements

  • 3.0+ GPA
  • Seniors or Masters students graduating prior to Summer 2023, pursuing degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or other relevant fields who will have completed at least 24 credits in their respective majors by graduation
  • Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on an ongoing basis without company sponsorship.
