Zantech is looking for a talented Information SAP Human Resources Consultant to serve as the GCSS-Army technical lead for SAP HR, DFPS and IM within an upcoming project.

The SAP Human Resources Consultant will be responsible for the following areas:

• Serves as an SAP Human Resources (HR), Defense Forces Public Sector (DFPS) & Inventory Management (IM) Consultant.
• Provides oversight and best practice recommendations.
• Participates in planning and analysis meetings, configuration control and review, status and prioritization meetings, project portfolio decisions and priorities.
• Reviews and validates lead system integrator products.
• Maintains communications with functional stakeholders, PMO and Army Shared Services Center.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Master's Degree
• 10+ years SAP HR experience with demonstrated experience on multiple, full life cycle SAP HR implementations, DoD SAP ERP implementation experience and extensive experience implementing SAP's Defense Forces and Public Security (DFPS) within DoD and extensive experience working on US Army SAP/ERP programs.
• Proven experience translating complex customer requirements, strategies and constraints into high-performing, scalable SAP solutions in a large, complex organization.
• Deep, authoritative knowledge, skills and abilities with the SAP HR, DFPS and IM modules.

Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Presentation and meeting facilitation experience.

Required Certifications:

• Certified in SAP Human Resources Module
• SAP AG
• Certified in ASAP Implementation Methodology

Required Security Clearance:

• US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
