• Support for Lumber Sales
• Field phone calls when salespeople are not available/on the road

Print blueprints for all salespeople (inside & outside)
Price updates for quoted jobs
Minor IT requests (in office only)
Adding jobs to door hanging schedule -Remove

• Order entry
• Special Orders

Orders
Quotes

• Special Order purchasing
• Getting approval/sign-off from contractors/customers

Contacting vendors & assigning Purchase Orders

• Customer service for contractors/customers
• Maintaining relationships

Product information
Adding jobs to job accounts
Setting up deliveries
Managing payments if not on charge accounts

• Extensive product & vendor knowledge
• General lumber/stock

Contractor specific products
Maintaining relationships with suppliers/vendors/reps
Continuing training/research on products

• Computer knowledge
• Eagle system

Google Docs

• Organization, time management, and prioritizing tasks
• Open Quotes
• Complete Lumber Returns
• Return stock product to proper account/job

Special order returns
Work with sales person on reason for return
Work with vendor to determine if credit will be given
Process paperwork
Determine final resolution and communicate with all parties involved such as yard, vendor, customer and salesperson

Hours Required: Full Time M-F 7-5 45hrs/week
