We are hiring a Sales Service Coordinator in the Salt Lake City, Utah area.

This position provides administrative support to the Sales Team to develop and manage the project deadlines and deliverables to the plant for production.

Responsibilities:

  • Submit requests for Creative renderings, mock-ups and coordinate getting to the client for review
  • Submit Structural/Design Requests for blank samples & templates, review and coordinate as needed to client for approvals
  • Communicate any Structural changes/revisions and coordinate process until client approval
  • Submit Estimate Requests, build Quotes and review with Sales Rep to finalize quotes
  • Request Material & Production lead times and/or Production Schedule and coordinate with client/sales rep to stay on track
  • Effectively communicate with Customer Service, Planning & Scheduling departments (Plant & Special Packaging) & provide with approved structures, completed sales order form, quotes, estimates and PO to ensure on time delivery
  • Support sales team by managing projects and keeping Excel spreadsheets tracking progress
  • Coordinate Vendor set-up in the client’s system and set them up in Max system as customers
  • Assist Sales in obtaining the Customer Set Up form
  • Troubleshoot problems with customer orders and customer accounts
  • Manage customer account profiles
  • Set-up customer calls & meetings (Teams/Zoom)
  • Serve as primary contact for customers (in absence of sales) and internal production operations

Minimum Qualifications:

  • College Degree or equivalent
  • 2-3 years experience in the Printing or Packaging Industry
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage priorities and workflow
  • Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
