Job description

The distribution sales representative will be responsible for securing new accounts and providing account management once those accounts are obtained. We are an established reseller of hemp-derived products and accessories and have recently launched our distribution business. We have over 800 products, 31 brands and growing! We allow customers to order directly through our sales rep or through our web portal.

We use Hubspot as our CRM and have email marketing / graphic design support.

The sales rep activities will include significant cold-calling and following up on leads submitted through our website. For established customers, the sales rep will take and process orders, ensure shipping is done by the warehouse, and provide any service needs for the accounts.

The pay will be $35,000 salary and a tiered commission structure allowing for realistically $65k-100k in annual compensation.

In addition to our distribution business we have two retail stores in the St. Louis area and a high-volume national e-commerce site for consumers.

We will provide all necessary training on products, brands, and internal systems but the candidate must have cold-calling and account management experience.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
