Join the BrightStar Care Santa Barbara/Santa Ynez office, where our focus is enriching lives and creating opportunities. We are seeking a Passionate Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative is responsible for developing a new territory in an effort to increase sales, and respond to inquiries in established territory. They will do this by establishing and maintaining contacts in the North Santa Barbara County, conduct Living Room Visits within Santa Barbara County. They will have a strong presence in the North Santa Barbara community and actively promote the BrightStar Care brand.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inquiry calls in the office, and conduct Living Room Visits with clients in their homes.
  • Call on healthcare facilities, physicians, clinics and eldercare facilities in order to generate sales for both Medical Staffing and In-Home Care in our North Santa Barbara territory.
  • Meet or exceed established sales targets and conversion rates.
  • Join and attend area networking and chamber groups.
  • Establish working rapport with health care professionals.
  • Other duties assigned

Requirements

  • Proven ability to develop new business in a new territory, maintaining and building relationships with existing contacts.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in sales or business development, home healthcare industry, preferred.
  • Experience with public speaking (in addition to presentation skills). Strong at persuasive and educational writing and speaking.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, multi-tasking and problem solving.
  • Present well to clients and peers.
  • Exhibit outstanding organizational skills and a service attitude towards the community.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and sign confidentiality agreement.
  • Requires valid driver’s license, reliable transportation and insurance.
  • Experience with CRM, ZOHO preferred.
  • Willingness to register on State of California Home Care Register, LiveScan, TB, and CPR.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
