Our Sales Managers are at the hub of energy in each and every location. You are responsible for the entire sales experience in one of our growing Kane’s Furniture Stores. From creating a sales plan, to developing your team, to ensuring each and every customer LOVES how their home looks with their new Kane’s Furniture!

How will you know if you are a successful Sales Manager?
Sales and profit goals are met or exceeded. Expenses are controlled and well-managed.
Sales forecasts, plans, and programs are appropriate and effective. Sales objectives are executed in accordance with approved policies.
Current customer accounts are maintained or expanded and additional ones solicited. Good business relationships exist with customers and their needs are properly anticipated and satisfied.
Sales Representatives are well-trained, motivated, efficient, and effective.

Qualifications

  • College degree in Marketing/Business would be ideal
  • Familiar with Big Box retail, preferably with multi-unit configuration
  • Managed large diverse work groups to include commission sales team
  • Leader vs. Manager; want a leader that encourages performance
  • Demonstrate quantifiable sales improvements in the locations worked
  • Willing to work retail hours
  • Want to work in locations where people vacation!
