Promote GC Services as the top provider for North America brands to meet their Customer Experience service delivery needs efficiently and effectively, powered by an experienced and agile team. Develop, foster and maintain sustainable business relationships internally and externally based on integrity and trust, fueling a productive network, pipeline, and successful engagements.
Responsibilities:
- Research and gather data on marketing trends, competitive services and pricing
- Monitor external and internal environment for development of new market segments and provide accurate sales forecasts
- Produce business plans and strategies to achieve sales objectives
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, networking and leveraging existing contact base
- Consistently and effectively communicate GC Services value proposition and capabilities designed to meet and exceed the prospective client’s business needs utilizing a variety of tools and channels
- Represent GC Services professionally within the marketplace
- Build, manage and optimize B2B relationships
- Be consultative partner to discover prospects underlying business needs
- Effectively move opportunities through Identification to Qualified to Award
- Manage new business opportunities collaboratively with functional leaders to include, but not limited to, meeting opportunity deadlines, developing and negotiating program implementation and production requirements
- Travel (up to 50%) is required to support business needs
- Thrive in a fast paced, “build” environment that is regularly changing and adapting
- Perform additional duties as required by management from time to time
Qualifications:
Experience:
- In-depthy working knowledge of the BPO industry
- Ability to independently create, execute sales activities, and strategies that will deliver expectd outcomes
- Knowledge in contact center service delivery and supporting strategies
- 3+ years of experience in selling Customer Experience B2B services at the C-Level and below
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, SalesForce, Virtual Meeting Platforms, Lead Gen and Discovery Tools, and like selling program and tools

- Demonstrated ability and track record of winning incremental revenue
- Ability to interpret data quickly and effectively
- Ability to overcome objections, consultatively solve complex business problems, analyze data and indicators to identify and mitigate risks
- Superb leadership, relational and customer service skills
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, high energy and an enthusiastic attitude with an inherent desire to Win in a competitive environment
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Career driven with an exceptional focus to achieving results
