Established Oil & Gas Company now looking for proven self-starting inside sales professionals to make outbound calls to introduce our company to qualified individuals. Preferred applicants will have an understanding of the business, must be an honest individual who is not afraid to work hard. Position Details:

The position consists of making introductions to business owners and corporate level executives, with the intent to create interest in our projects from qualified individuals. We train and promote from within, and we need to fill 2 or 3 spots on our team

Benefits

Pay structures (consisting of a mix of salary and bonus) depend on experience within similar roles and sales positions. Associates can make anywhere between $40,000 to $100,000 their first year depending on learning curve and success rate. FREE MEMBERSHIP AT STATE OF THE ART STRIVE GYM. 1 hour lunch break. Insurance after 3 months. Top performers will have window views in one of Dallas' premier towers. We office at Energy square that has a lot of amenities within walking distance to the office. Various program bonuses with potential to earn interest in wells are offered to qualified employees.
