Design Consultant responsibilities include aiding customers in identifying their furniture needs, while building a relationship that will increase the customer experience. Our consultants must be people oriented and driven to win. We offer both commission and non-commission compensation plans, with bonus programs available in either. Competitive hourly training wage while you learn all the skills needed to reach your full potential. We will provide extensive training, to provide you with the technical tools to win. • Customer service experience a plus but will train right individuals
