Job Description - Residential/Commercial Roofing Sales Representative

• This is a 1099 Position (Commission Only) - Salary range is a estimate only, actual income based on sales.

Roofing Sales Opportunity: Roofing Independent Sales Reps needed to prospect and develop roofing sales, both commercial and residential. Pay is commission based with uncapped pay potential. Duties will include:

• Develop leads through personal marketing in conjunction with company marketing plans
• Meet with homeowners/building managers
• Inspect roofs and property to determine the scope of work and/or need for repair
• Measure and perform quantity takeoffs
• Work with insurance companies and adjusters as required
• Assist customers in selecting materials and colors to be used for the job
• Collect payment for services completed
• Develop referrals and generate positive reviews
• May perform other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
