Sales Associate

This position presents an exciting opportunity-to dive into the wonderful world of cheese! If you are super friendly, great with helping customers, creative, and love cheese, this could be the job for you!

Tasks:

· Exceptional customer service. This includes, greeting customer, assisting to find merchandise, and providing a great shopping experience.

· Everything cheese! Cutting cheese to order for customers, selling cheese, and the opportunity to learn to make charcuterie boards and snack boxes.

· Sales operations. This includes receiving shipments, pricing and stocking merchandise, working the point-of-sale system, and merchandising product.

· Opening and closing duties that can include: cleaning, preparing for the day, and opening and closing register.

· Other additional tasks may be assigned based on the needs of the business.

Requirements:

· Must be able to lift and move items that are up to 50+ lbs

· Must be able to work with commercial grade deli cases and refrigerators that are 36" deep and up to 72" tall

Working Conditions:

Part-time position available, roughly between 6-12+ hours/week. Store hours will typically be Tuesday-Friday 11am-7pm and Saturday from 10am-4pm. There could be additional hours needed for events and/or inventory.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Shift:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
