MBK is currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator for our Savanna House Assisted Living and Memory Care Community in Gilbert, AZ!

Shift - Tuesday- Saturday 9 am -5 pm
Pay - $18.00 hr

As a member of the home office marketing team, the Marketing and Sales Coordinator will work alongside the Corporate Director of Marketing, Marketing Specialist, Regional Directors of Sales, and the VP of Sales and Marketing. The Marketing and Sales Coordinator will provide day-to-day support of MBK Senior Living marketing and sales activities. We are looking for a team player who will provide direct administrative support to multiple managers and is responsible for the coordination and implementation of tasks necessary to support the MBK Senior Living Sales and Marketing department in company business development.

Essential Job Duties:

    • Provide support to the sales and marketing department as directed. This may require coordinating and working with other departments to ensure that tasks are seen through.
    • Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
    • Maintain company and community websites by updating information, photos, and blog posts as directed.
    • Prepare, edit, and format documents and other paperwork such as presentation materials, forms/templates, artwork proofs, and marketing contracts on company shared drives and intranet.
    • Run and maintain various weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and sales reports.
    • Provide technical support for community sales team as it relates to department programs, including support for the sales CRM system (Enquire)
    • Work with Corporate Director of Marketing and community sales teams to plan, prepare, and send mailings and email campaigns.
    • Liaise with external vendors to execute promotional events and campaigns.
    • Coordinate and manage the ordering, shipping, and billing for all printed and promotional marketing materials.
    • Ensure brand consistency across all creative and graphic materials.
    • Organize and maintain project and digital archives.
    • Assist in daily communications with community-level Executive Directors and Directors of Sales.
    • Assist in the organization of special events/projects as directed by the Corporate Director of Marketing.
    • Perform any other reasonable duties as required and directed.

Knowledge and Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in all things Microsoft Office.
    • Operating knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Well-organized with the ability to manage workflows. We currently utilize the workflow tool Co Schedule as well as our company intranet (Microsoft Sharepoint).
    • Familiarity with, or ability to quickly learn, website management software and CRM systems.
    • Team player with a positive, upbeat attitude.
    • Highly motivated with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once, with flexibility to accommodate changes as needed, as well as tight and/or moving deadlines.
    • Ability to be collaborative and work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
    • Customer service minded to support community teams and home office inter-departments.

Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
    • Preferred 1 year of experience in a marketing role (including internships).
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Knowledge of, or ability to adapt to, working with project management/workflow tools and other tech/software systems.
    • Must be comfortable using Microsoft Outlook.
    • Basic understanding of digital advertising, website management, and social media.
    • Strong writing and verbal communications skills in both email and phone communications.
    • Knowledge of print production process and communication with vendors/suppliers.
    • Must be able to work during normal business hours at our office in Irvine, CA.

Physical Demands:

    • Must be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job, bending, kneeling, stooping, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion
    • Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods of time
    • Able to move intermittently throughout the work day and between divisions
    • Ability to lift/carry up to 30 lbs. and push up to 20lbs. as necessary
