We are now looking for a dynamic & experienced Sales Advisor to join the team.

The Community Sales Advisor’s role is to provide leadership & expertise to the sales department in order to maximize the effectiveness in executing all aspects of sales and marketing in the community, while also taking an active role. As the sales advisor, the responsibilities include activities such as lead generation, securing deposits, hosting events, networking, and community outreach. Working closely with the general manager to build the management team and exceeding established move in and budgeted sales goals.

The Sales role is to establish contact and cultivate relationships with prospective residents, family members, and referral sources in order to communicate the unique benefits of the retirement community and advance sales to move-in. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing all aspects of sales and marketing for the community including the Five-Star Connection’s fundamentals – daily sales meetings, discovery, tours, and creative follow up, as well as advertising, public relations, direct mail, special events, market research, and referral development. Sales will contribute to the success of the community’s achievement of year end budgeted census goals.

Closing, Admin, Event planning, community outreach and reputation building is paramount for this position.
