Bethany is changing the world through family. We began our work by serving one child more than 75 years ago. Today, Bethany is an international Christian nonprofit partnering with communities in more than 30 states and in several countries around the world. We strengthen and preserve families, support displaced people fleeing danger, and find safe, loving families for children who need them. Bethany is at the forefront of creating and implementing solutions to meet the growing needs of vulnerable children and families in the U.S. and around the world.

SafeCare® is an evidence-based, parent-training program for parents of children ages 0-5, designed to develop and support positive parenting skills, strengthen positive caregiver-child relationships, and reduce the risk for child physical abuse and neglect. SafeCare® focuses on three key outcomes that are universally important for families: creating positive relationships between caregivers and their children, ensuring homes are safe to reduce the risk of child unintentional injury and keeping children as healthy as possible. SafeCare® is typically conducted in weekly home visits lasting approximately 60 minutes. The program is typically provided for about 18 weeks for each family.
The SafeCare® Regional Supervisor is primarily responsible for supporting the SafeCare® Providers and/or Provider/Coach across all locations where Bethany is implementing SafeCare® through weekly supervision and case review.
