Drive local routes and be home at night. Drive brand new automatic trucks.

Redbox+ of Dallas is a locally owned dumpster and portable toilet provider.

The Roll-off and Portable Toilet Truck Driver is responsible for transporting roll-off containers with portable toilets to customer locations and disposal sites across Dallas. They are also required to perform inspections before and after a trip and unload the containers from the trailer to customer facilities. These drivers also follow appropriate safety procedures to transport non-hazardous waste and maintain logs of vehicle repair status and working hours.

Duties

• Deliver roll-off and hook lift Dumpsters and Portable Toilets to customer job-sites safely
• Clean/Service portable toilets
• Empty Wastewater Tank at disposal sites
• Provide excellent customer service to customers and homeowners
• Speak with customers and homeowners to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain relationships with project managers
• Perform Safety Pre-Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines
• Log Driver Hours as required by DOT guidelines
• Empty dumpsters at disposal sites
• Tarp dumpsters during transports

Required Skills

• Valid Drivers License and clean driving record
• Strong customer service skills including empathy for customer problems
• Highly independent and self-motivated work ethic requiring minimal supervision
• Strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Accepting of responsibilities and living up to a high standard of excellence
• Good working knowledge of roads and customers in the Dallas market
• Strong ability to work under pressure and in an environment of uncertainty
• Good ability to read customer orders and follow safety regulations

Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is a major plus but not required.

Pay: $17.00 - $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

Experience:

• Commercial driving: 1 year (Required)
