Job description
Patient: Sweet 17 year old young lady from Vineland NJ Cumberland County had her life change tragically in a blink 4 years ago as a result of a MVA.
Care/ Equipment: Wheel chair, Straight Catheter
This sweet teen needs a nurse to go to school with her, she attends Vineland North High School . Nurse will report at patient home and ride the bus with her, accompanying her during her school day and ride the bus back home with her.
She is positive , upbeat and loves going to school and being social !
Please help this sweet teen graduate!!! Think of the fun you will have sitting back watching these teens in High School!
