General Statement of Job

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support for the Retail Department. The Scheduler coordinates work schedules for all applicable field operations and special projects. This position reports to the Administrative Coordinator.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

Maintain tracking of Specialist’s and Off Duty Officer’s schedules for all designated posts, including updating schedules for special requests
Ensure personnel rosters are current
Manage records to ensure accurate processing and billing
Partner with field management to effectively schedule
Partner with field management to ensure utilization of security equipment, materials, and uniform standards and inventory
Assist in tracking and providing updates on employee's required licenses, training, and development
Serve as point of contact for employees and liaise with HR and Payroll departments on their behalf
Partner with security team members during event security details

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:

Must have a High School Diploma or GED; AA Degree preferred
Must be self-sufficient and able to thrive in a position working alone
Must be flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations
Must be proficient with macOS
Must be proficient with basic functions of Microsoft Word/Excel
Must possess the ability to effectively and respectfully communicate with all levels of management
Excellent time-management, communication, writing, facilitation, and organizational skills
Experience in general office setting with clerical or related experience preferred
Experience using scheduling software (e.g. Shiftboard) preferred
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
A dependable team player with business maturity, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude

SCHEDULE:

Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM (Day)
