Job Description:
The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing business relationships with strategic partners, identifying new opportunities, and achieving sales targets in a brick-and-mortar retail environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new strategic partners to grow the business and drive revenue within the retail sector.
  • Maintain and grow existing relationships with strategic retail partners, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets in retail settings.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with partners to ensure win-win agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to create customized solutions and proposals for retail partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth in the retail sector.
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and partner feedback to senior management.
  • Build brand awareness and credibility in the retail marketplace through active participation in industry events, trade shows, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sales data and forecasts to management.
Experience required:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with retail partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business in retail settings.
  • Excellent numerical skills and the ability to analyze data to drive decision making.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
