Victory Ranch is looking for a dedicated and experienced General Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate has a passion for all things food and beverage, thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and enjoys creating memorable guest experiences.
This person:
- Leads in a positive fashion while multitasking and prioritizing workloads
- Pays rigorous attention to quality by upholding defined standards over time
- Guides and supports employees
- Is involved in the day-to-day operations of our restaurants
- 2-5 years of experience in full service, high volume restaurants, hotels as a General Manager.
- Must have open availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Flexible and willingness to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
- Ability to identify problems and solve.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
- Professional and confident verbal and written communication with guests, employees and ownership.
Compensation: 65,000
