VetsEZ is seeking a Resolution Process Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) program.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Solution Management Team by coordinating with Solution Management Teams (SE, SA, SMA), National Councils, and DoD Functional Champions to ensure concurrence with proposed content and configuration changes
  • Participate in Joint workgroups and meetings as a liaison for the VA and DoD, supporting the Solution Management Teams and providing consultation, updates, and process advisement
  • Support Solution Experts (SEs), the HSS team lead, the Nursing Informatics SMEs, and Solution Management Administrators (SMA) with development of dashboards and reports in the Jazz Tracker to facilitate optimal stakeholder utilization
  • Monitor Jazz Tracker reports to identify outstanding Jazz ticket issues and ensure items are organized, complete, and are ready for Joint Change Control. Updates ServiceNow Request Items (RITMs) associated with Jazz tickets
  • Manage ServiceNow tickets and the Joint JSaAB Sharepoint site ticket information in collaboration with the SEs and the FEHRM
  • Leverage the ServiceNow custom dashboard to prepare drill down reports for performance improvement activities and to assist with EHRM-IO data collection requests
  • Must be proficient in the development of ServiceNow reports and dashboards, and will provide training and support for EHRM-IO stakeholders
  • Facilitate Oracle Cerner Block Releases by managing Release Analyses and Known Issues updates, coordinating reviews with SEs, SAs, and SMAs, attending Block Release calls, and utilizing MethodM as a repository for Block Release documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience. An additional 8 years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirements
  • Strong leadership, written/oral communications, analytics, data gathering and organization skills
  • Experience managing Information Technology related projects
  • Well versed in life cycle and project management methodologies
  • Experience in monitoring, tracking and documenting progress with assigned tasks
  • Recent clinical experience
  • Able to identify and mitigate risks
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business or related scientific /technical discipline
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow utilization

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with VA or DoD
  • Experience implementing Electronic Health Records; especially in help desk support or ticket management processes
  • Hands on experience with change management, Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
