Customer Experience

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.


The team you will be a part of

The Customer Experience organization provides a common interface to customers, including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing a deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams. You will be part of the Enterprise Business Center North American Market in a consulting Customer Solutions Architecture role with one of Nokia's major Enterprise Customers. 75% travel to customer location in Southern California, probable relocation required to Southern California in next 9-12 months.


What you will learn and contribute to

As part of the team, you will:

  • Act as a trusted advisor partnering with the customers on their needs specific to the Nokia RAN systems
  • Advocate Nokia's end-to-end solutions and consult with customer-specific adaptations
  • Initial engagement with network deployment and eventual transition into resident engineering/operations role for all Nokia RAN considerations as the network is deployed and expanded
  • Keep permanent contact with the customer's CTO / Chief Architect team
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert and serves as best practice/quality resource, and is an acknowledged authority on Nokia solutions with customers
  • Support Comprehensive Knowledge Transfer and solution-specific Nokia RAN Solution (associated peripheries, and CBRS Spectrum (including SAS and Domain Proxy)
  • Partner with Nokia Business Unit RBC/SSM and Nokia CX team to plan Nokia RAN Upgrades.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent in Elec Engineering, Computer Science of Comparable
  • 5+ Years of Direct Experience in Customer Facing, Highly Technical role
  • Deep knowledge of Nokia's Wireless 4G/5G RAN solution (Airscale/mRRH Products, RAN Traffic Analytics, and Network Optimization procedures.
  • Field experience with RAN Site provisioning, including the creation of Nokia RAN SCF to support new Site Commissioning.
  • Understanding of key Electrical Utility Communication Use cases, including SCADA, Commercial and Industrial (C&I) metering devices, Communication for Distributed Energy Resources (DER) Integration and Management and Fault Location, Isolation, and Service Restoration (FLISR).
  • Understanding of Electrical Utility Communication Systems Operations and Business Support system.

It would be nice if you also have:

  • Knowledge of Electrical Grid Operations
  • Knowledge of sensor systems used in electrical systems
