Friendsview Retirement Community is a not-for-profit Life Plan Community serving over 500 residents in Newberg, OR, with a mission to provide active residential living and quality continuing care to seniors in a Christ-centered community. Starting Wages: $15.25 - $15.43/hr DOE
Shift Differential: $4/hr additional for evening, NOC and weekends
Shift: Variable hours and on call up
(guarantee of 20 hours per week)
This position is to assist older people who may be functionally, physically, and or socially challenged and need some assistance to remain independent, and/or to improve their overall quality of life; assist with activities of daily living in a manner that, at all times, fosters each clients’ independence, freedom of choice, privacy, dignity, and total well-being; pass medications following instructions and with minimal supervision to ensure the highest standard of care at all times, in a manner which fosters each clients’ independence, freedom of choice, privacy, dignity, and total well-being; provide person-centered care that protects clients’ rights including their right to say no and for maintaining the philosophy of Friendsview Health Care services.
