The inside sales position is for a detail-oriented, punctual, organized position in a fast-paced growing equipment rental company.

The inside sales representative position is the “go-to” position of the equipment rental business. It’s where you are customer-facing, assessing customers’ needs, qualifying jobs and equipment, and directing all of the customer's needs threw-out the company. If the idea of doing the same thing day in and day out disgusts you, this position could be for you. This position is also a great springboard for other positions in the industry from outside sales to management. Some of the duties include knowing the product line ins and outs, qualifying customers' needs, up-selling, and more.

Requirements/Qualifications

Computer skills and knowledge of relevant software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Rental management software experience is a plus.

Attention to detail and accuracy, flexibility, prioritizing, and problem assessment/solving.

Customer service, communication, multitasking, organizational skills, patience, leadership.

Clean and neat appearance.

Overall knowledge of construction-related equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
