Essential Functions of Group Home Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse RN / LPN:
- Coordinates all aspects of care with healthcare team
- Completes timely and accurate clinical notes including addressing patient’s progress
- Communicates with the physician and other staff of changes in the patient’s needs
- Able to perform CPR
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Must be able to travel to group home location in Wilmington, DE 19803
Requirements of Group Home Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse RN / LPN:
- Shifts are 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am
- Experience working with and supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities (preferred, but not required)
- Appropriate license to practice in the State of Delaware
- At least six (6) months experience within the last five (5) years working in a hospital, home care or nursing home setting within the United States
- CPR certified
- Negative TB test result
- Pass a background check
- Provide two (2) professional references
- Meets the requirements of federal and/or state criminal and abuse background checks.
