Registered Nurse Medical/Surgical at Amarillo, Texas at $ 2334.24/Week (Gross)

Contract: 13 weeks

Shift: Days

Confirmed Hours: 36 hours per week (3 days/week and 12 hrs./day)

Pay Package:

Blended Rate: $64.84

Package for Travelers: (Based on 36 hours per week)

Total Gross Income: $ 2334.24/week

Non-Taxable Amount: $1099/week (Max)

Taxable Amount: $ 1235.24/week

· Required: Must have a COVID vaccine.

· CPR/BLS: BLS and ACLS must be from AHA (American Heart Association)

· Licensure: Must have a current license as a Registered Nurse issued by the Texas OR Compact states

Responsibilities

· The Registered Nurse (Med/surg) provides professional nursing care on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of the client.

· The Registered Nurse (Med/surg) prescribes, coordinates and delegates nursing care utilizing the nursing process which is integrated into the multidisciplinary treatment team plan of care.

· The Registered Nurse (Med/surg) is accountable for assigned nursing care activities on a shift basis and is responsible for promoting and enhancing professional nursing practice on the unit.
