Job Title: RN Clinical Manager Location: Norfolk, Virginia

Responsibilities: As the RN Clinical Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care, managing daily clinical operations, and supporting a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Overseeing and coordinating clinical operations within the practice, including patient flow, scheduling, and resource management.

Providing clinical leadership and serving as a resource for nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards of care.

Collaborating with physicians, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes and improve quality measures.

Conducting regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote ongoing education, professional development, and teamwork.

Monitoring and evaluating clinical processes and outcomes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.

Assisting in the recruitment, orientation, and performance evaluation of nursing staff.

Maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and policies.

Requirements: To qualify for the position of RN Clinical Manager, you must meet the following requirements:

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a primary care or geriatric setting.

Proven leadership experience, with strong managerial and organizational skills.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, patients, and other healthcare professionals.

Solid understanding of healthcare regulations, quality improvement processes, and patient safety initiatives.

Proficient computer skills, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
