We are seeking an RN Navigator – Bone Marrow Transplant to:

  • Be a leader in supporting comprehensive cancer care for patients and caregivers throughout all phases of care, and to enhance support as needed to ensure equitable care and outcomes for all.
  • Work in collaboration with the care teams and other multidisciplinary teams serving individuals with hematologic malignancies receiving stem cell transplants and/or cellular therapies.
  • Establish and coordinate a plan of care across the system for UW Health patients.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Education :

Minimum – Bachelors of Nursing.

Preferred – Masters in Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Hospital Administration or related field.

Work Experience :

Minimum – Three (3) years of relevant clinical nursing experience.

Preferred – One (1) year relevant experience in the specific patient population they are supporting.

Licenses and Certifications :

Minimum – Registered Nurse license in the State of Wisconsin. CPR/BLS.

Preferred – Applicable Oncology Certification preferred based on patient population.
