What you’ll do:

The Regional Manager provides support and leadership to Store Managers within their region; ensure the highest quality of customer service is provided within their region, provide administrative support in areas of compliance, regulations, policies, and procedures by performing the following essential job functions:

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to assigned region, overseeing retail activities and stores.
• Directs compliance of workers with established company policies, procedures, and standards such as safekeeping of company funds and property, personnel and grievance practices, and adherence to policies governing acceptance and processing of customer credit card charges.
• Provides guidance, leadership, and coaching to Store Managers.
• Communicates changes in regulations, policies and procedures to Store Managers.
• Coordinates performance reviews, promotions, and terminations of the Store Management Teams in their regions.
• Communicates with department heads at Support Center to resolve issues with store locations.
• Inspects premises of assigned area stores to ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety and environmental codes and ordinances.
• Reviews operational records and reports of store managers to project sales and to determine store profitability.
• Coordinates sales and promotional activities of store managers.
• Analyzes marketing potential of new and existing store locations and recommends additional sites or deletion of existing area stores.
• Works with Vice President of Operations and CEO to develop financial plans for the region
• Works with Store Managers in setting operational sales goals for that location.
• Answers customer's complaints or inquiries and resolves problems to restore and promote good public relations.

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field; OR
• Extensive experience as store manager required.

Required Skills/ Abilities:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent sales and customer service skills, with proven negotiation skills.
• Excellent math skills to draft and implement budgets and conduct data analysis.
• Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
