Our Monday through Friday schedule allows you to have the freedom to build your own route. Our management team which consists of former sales reps will train and develop your skills and help you grow within our company. When you come and work for us, we believe in rewarding performance. If you perform at a high level, we will compensate you and never cap your commission.

Schedule: Monday- Friday 6a - 3:30p

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

· Maintain and build relationships with existing customers in your sales territory.

· Drive a company vehicle (size of a box truck) and serve customers on a designated route.

· Meet customer needs and distributor needs by ensuring inventory and space are maximized. Secure high value retail space for Red Bull products.

· Maintain and improve standards of distribution and product availability

· Merchandise product within your accounts, and make sure we look premium.

· Promotions & Sales Directives – execute promotional activity and execute Sales Directives set forth on monthly goal planners and sales meetings

· Communicate with your team lead and track your goals. Work towards your achievements!

· Ensure product availability with your customers.

Qualification and Skills

· Sales Experience, at least 1 year. Experience with retail or distribution, preferred

· Self–motivated, reliable, good communication skills, personable, positive attitude

• Must pass drug test
• The ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis is required

· Clean driving record

**No more than 2 events (accidents or tickets) each year for the past 3 years

**No driving while intoxicated charges during the last 7 years

· Route Delivery (Preferred)

· Bachelor Degree (Preferred)

· Beverage industry experience (Preferred)

· Safe driving

· Basic tech skills (desktop, smart device, handheld)

· Problem solving and good math skills

* Able to consistently lift 50 lbs.
