We are looking for a highly motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our HR team. As a Recruiting Coordinator at our company, you will assist with finding, sourcing, attracting and hiring talent that satisfy our organizational needs.


SALARY:
48K - 54K, depending on experience

HOURS: Full time position 40hrs per week. We are open 7 days a week and require 5 days of work with a weekend shift. We do like to have a set work schedule. (4 week days and 1 weekend day)

RECRUITING COORDINATOR ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

STRATEGY

  • Work with the school leadership teams to create recruitment goals and objectives
  • Determine the effectiveness of current recruiting programs and strategies
  • Identify areas of recruiting strategies that need improvement
  • Devise and implement improved recruiting strategies
  • Ensure every stage of the hiring process runs as smoothly as possible.

Applicant Tracking System

  • Take the lead on ALL ATS responsibilities.
  • Properly manage and update job postings
  • Refresh job postings on a monthly basis and look for creative ways to recruit team members.
  • Create job descriptions and titles that are more "eye catching."
  • Read resumes and filter accordingly. Clean up and organize candidate list daily in ATS.
  • Perform daily phone interviews with the goal of connecting with candidates the same day they apply.
  • Serve as a friendly and enthusiastic face of the company.
  • If a phone interview is promising, continue with interview questions.
  • Set up an in-school water trial/shadow shift and communicate effectively with school leadership teams.
  • Communicate with potential candidates; send reminder texts/emails about their in school interviews.
  • Search resume databases for ideal candidates and invite them to apply.
  • Manage and call all resumes that come in directly through the website.
  • Work with team to implement new onboarding initiatives to ensure the first day/week goes smoothly.
  • Ensure the hiring process is efficient and engaging from offer to acceptance

LOCAL RELATIONSHIPS

  • Build relationships with local schools/coaches to establish Aqua-Tots as a plausible employer for their students.
  • Research & attend local job fairs.
  • Work with team to increase internal referrals.
