What you will do:
The Recruiter will be responsible to partner and support the organization in attracting and retaining diverse talent for Tillamook County Creamery Association (TCCA). This person will administer fair and equitable candidate sourcing processes for all roles within area of responsibility. The Recruiter will be an integral part of the rapidly growing Tillamook organization. The recruiter will provide candidates and customers (internal and external) with compelling and positive experiences during the recruiting and hiring process by ensuring that the company mission, vision and values are represented.

Here’s a day in the life:

• Partnering with hiring managers to understand staffing and business needs
• Provide timely communication with candidates and hiring managers during the recruitment process
• Sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates to prepare a diverse slate of candidates to our hiring managers
• Scheduling interviews for hiring manager, creating offer letters, and extending offers
• Identify and utilizes sourcing sites and other resources to identify and attract quality candidates
• Develop robust job posting templates that align and showcase TCCA’s iconic brand and core values
• Visits colleges, universities, job fairs, career events and related events
• Create and maintain relationships with community partners
• Drive for improving the customer experience with customers broadly defined as candidates, new hires, hiring managers and Talent Acquisition team
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with internal and external customers
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and Employee Services teams in onboarding and learning requirements
• Help educate people leaders and other staff on the hiring process, recruitment best practices, relevant laws, tools and resources for a successful recruitment
• Other projects and duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing or Business Administration/Management or equivalent work experience
• 1-2yrs of talent acquisition experience in a recruiter or recruiting support position
• Experience in high volume recruiting or manufacturing a plus
• Exceptional communication skills across all channels (phone, in-person, email, etc.); and the ability to build trust and rapport with leaders and candidates
• Understanding of state/federal laws and regulations including affirmative action and FLSA guidelines to ensure legal compliance
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
• Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced, changing work environment as well as the ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks and manage work time efficiently
• Demonstrate teamwork skills

Starting salary $60,000-75,000 DOE
