Receptionist/Call Centre Assistant
Location: Camberley
Salary: up to £20,000 dependent on experience
Working hours: Part Time Friday 9.30am-6pm, Sunday 9am-5pm, Monday 9.30am-6pm
Previous experience working in a Retail Environment is essential for this role – with reception and or call centre experience an advantage
At Specsavers, our Receptionists / Call Centre Assistants are essential in shaping the beginning of our Customer’s journey.
We’re looking for someone with experience in customer service with strong communication skills, who is good with people, has an organised approach & a willingness to help – a friendly and professional approach is essential.
Joining our team, you’ll make sure every patient receives a great experience from the get go, creating a positive impression at every opportunity.
This role will involve:-
- Responding to customer enquiries
- Ensuring customer details are captured accurately when booking appointments
- Pre-screening customers
- Meeting & Greeting customers on their arrival
- Booking in Customers
- Liasing with Optometrists to ensure Clincs run smoothly
- Clinical Management
