Location: Blackhawk Camping Resort, Milton, WI
Job Description:
Blackhawk Camping Resort is seeking a dependable, self-motivated Campground Ranger to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring the safety of our campground, while providing excellent customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the campground to ensure compliance with rules and regulations.
- Assist campers with check-in, check-out, and site assignments.
- Answer questions and provide information to guests about the campground, local attractions, and services.
- Monitor and enforce quiet hours and other campground policies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning restrooms, campsites, and common areas.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance as needed.
- Assist with special events and activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred.
- Knowledge of campground operations and maintenance preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
